About the HOA

Purpose of Indidanbrook HOA Indianbrook is a community of beautiful, well-kept homes and friendly, caring people. Indianbrook has a long-standing tradition of being a preferred location to live and raise a family. The purpose of the Association (Board, deed restrictions, Social Committee) is to: Help keep homes and yards well maintained Encourage care and beautification of the neighborhood Provide an avenue for social activities Encourage citizen participation in all issues affecting our neighborhood Identify, create, and encourage good being done in our neighborhood Promote public welfare and safety within our neighborhood Keep all residents informed of issues pertinent to the aesthetic and material values of our neighborhood To support issues deemed beneficial by the Association To allocate funds for repairs, maintenance, and improvements to the neighborhood To prevent structures from arising that are not in accordance with the deed restrictions (i.e. above ground pools, fences, and sheds that do not match one’s house…)
